gcathie, You really don't need much time for these totes. I can make one in about two hours.

I'm not sure if you saw my post about my Big Block quilt. It went to together quickly and easily and was really a pleasure to make. That might work for your queen size quilt. I posted the magazine where I got the pattern, which I still have of course. I would be glad to share it with you, but would have to send snail mail, as printer, scanner is a thing of the past. It hasn't worked for a couple of months and just haven't replaced the thing yet. Anyway, you can let me know.
Thanks. Just wish I could get Courtney to off load pictures! lol

I'm in the process of finishing up the Sue quilts along with a couple more totes, then start the wedding quilt. I found a block on quilters cache...the wedding block or something like that. Looks pretty, so we shall see.
Thanks for the offer of the pattern, but I think what I have will work out. It's actually a toss up between that one and the Nose Gay block. I love paper piecing and I have a TON of scraps that would make great looking flowers for it.

Yep, they only take a short amount of time. It usually takes me about 5or6 hours to make one because I take breaks in between cutting and sewing. My sewing room is hot and plus my back tends to start hurting bending over the table. I thought of raising the table up, but that would mean I need a higher chair for my machine and a longer leg too. lol

I think we have all been bitten by the tote bags and the more I look around out there in the world i see alot of women carrying them. But little do they know how you ladies just can whip one up to go with your outfit for a night. 8) I just might have to (okay I am) going to try one. Great job.
