When I made the Blue Tote we thought the handles were alittl snug under our arms so when I was cutting out the others I made the handles longer. Now they are perfect !!

I just read this to my mom and aunt and they asked in unison, "did you write that?". LOL I was doing the same thing 2 years ago for my daughter's 6 bridesmaids, plus one for her, her mil, my mom and me. Great minds think alike!
