Default In the Tradition of Frank Lloyd Wright

The pattern for the windows was taken from the book by Jackie Robinson. These windows were in the Charles Ennis house in Los Angeles, California.

The big center window is in the living room, and the long narrow side windows were in the library.
This quilt will be sold at live auction at a Gala fund raiser in November.

I've always wanted to make one of those. Yours should raise a bundle at the gala because it looks awesome!

It should sell for big $$$! I can imagine it in an architect's office. Lovely!

That's beautiful! I saw Jackie Robinson lecture on FLW at Houston Quilt Festival one year. It was so interesting.

This is the second quilt that I have seen in this particular style, I think they are stunning and like most other things what's old is new again! Hope it brings in a good chunk of change.
