The pattern name is TRIANGLE FRENZY by Bunnie Cleland. I just got mine and since we are moving in a month, I put it in a safe place so it wouldn't get lost in the frenzy of packing---now I can't remember which safe place I put it and a search this morning produced nothing. Google Triangle Frenzy and you will get lots of info and there are more patterns using the idea.
