Jumping up and down waving from CT. That is a great quilt! I keep telling Hubby that it is a good thing a quilter lives here. We are toasty warm with all this cold weather. Luann

Beautiful quilt. I lived in Hopkinton and Douglas MA. I remember the blizzard of 1972. I may hate the heat in AZ in the summer but never have to shovel sunshine.

Your quilting is so pretty. It really makes the quilt special.
I feel your pain with the snow, I live in the mountains in NY and we've had more than our share of snow too. We are running out of room to plow the snow, there's just no where to put it if we get more- and there are at least 2 more storms in the 5 day forecast. Good luck! Love your back up treadle idea- I use vintage machines on generator power. We certainly are resourceful when it comes to our quillting. I even put an old metal iron on the woodstove LOL

your quilt is very pretty and love your FMQ...

I'm a few hours north of you and we are also buried. I wish I could stay indoors to quilt but I own my own business and when our employees don't want to drive to work, it has to be me. Looks like we're getting another 2 feet of snow Saturday into Sunday.

I love your quilt. Around the world is on of my favorites. It looked like that the winter we moved to Norther Michigan. Every day we would get 10 to 12 inches of snow. It was a good time to make soup, sew and read. Enjoy it I did.

I love your quilt and I am thankful we don't get snow like that.

Beautiful job on your quilt! Love the softness of the colors. Spring is coming but it may be a while before your grass sees daylight. Oh my, such a pile of snow!

You're really getting things done. YAY! Lovely work!
I am so glad not to live in the Northland anymore (65 miles south of Erie, PA). The snow is beautiful, but if one has to go out in it...AI YAI YAI! Stay warm and safe!
