One of my favorite patterns...the colors are very soothing and soft. Although I lean toward more dramatic colors I always appreciate a well executed quilt in calm colors...thanks for sharing it!

Thanks, everyone!! I love this one so much, it's what made me decide to sell the watercolor floral. There's something about that main fabric--it's called "Whispers." This quilt required soooo soooo much pinning. I started another log cabin to work on in-between just to keep sane. :lol:

We're headed to the quilter's tonight!! Rach is sketching what she'd like quilting on the Kayak one--something that represents ripples in the water from the paddles. :-D All I have to do is iron the back for the TIC--so I must get out to get chores done so I can do that before school!

I will of course post when it's been quilted. I can't wait to choose a pattern. Thread color will be the same as the watercolor floral had--a cream.
