This was the class project however I guess I could have opted to go larger. Whenever taking a class I follow the teachers techniques. For me, I get the most out of the class by concentrating on that project and what the teacher shares. After rationalizing the process and completing the class project other techniques seem to float into my limited space of a brain (Haha)!

I love it! Thanks for the close up photos that show the variegated thread. I have the same thread and haven't liked it on the fabrics I've tested it on. I bought 5 spools on sale. I like seeing the color changes in the thread on the white fabric. What a great class you took.
