Beautiful quilt! I can't believe noone has asked you to do a tutorial on the inner scalloped border. I would love to put that on the baby quilt I am making.

I ordered the book with the pattern for the 3d scalloped inner border. Can't wait to get it!

Is this how that scallop is done? A wide flange...maybe 4"(?) is sewed along with the border...then pressed down over that border and at decided intervals pinched and tacked to give that drape look...the yo-yos cover the tack stitch?
Sounds logical to me....I'm guessing the corners would have to be mitered to get the same finished look.......
