OMG this is what I've been looking for. My sister and I found a quilt that my mother had in her home and I couldn't figure out what the name of the pattern was until I saw your post today. I have looked on-line, in the library and in my own books for a possible name without any luck. Thanks for solving the big mystery. Do you have any history as to where or how the pattern came about?
This is my first post; I've been reading this blog for about a month now and am getting a lot of information from it. Thanks to everyone.

Really wish I could help with history of this pattern.
I tried an internet search and so far haven't come up with anything :|
Maybe someone else here on the board will know more about it.
