Very pretty and refreshing use of scraps. I also like the tumblers you pieced and the way you finished the edge. I would think that it was fun to make.

You did a great job with this scrappy tumbler quilt! I have made a couple quilts with my tumbler ruler template, but was never ambitious enough to bind with tumbler edge. Kudos to you ... that really adds to the interest of the quilt. And I really like the feather plume design you used for FMQ. I am making notes to self for next time I make a tumbler quilt ... thanks for sharing these pictures. BTW, how large is your quilt?

Thanks for the kind words everyone. This was a fun quilt to make.

I quilted it on my Tiara midarm.

It is about a generous single/stingy double size.

Binding the tumbler edges wasn't hard. Bias binding and using the same technique as a regular corner...sewing off at a 45 degree angle, but when I folded them on the right side, I sort of only folded half the 45 degree angle. At the inside corners I just pivoted.
