Default Tumbler quilts

Do you ever want to just sew without thinking much? It is a perfect activity for me when in our motorhome in the winter. I decided to do some tumbler block quilts. One is random of mask remnants plus some backings. I cut and cut (with my Accuquilt), and it seems to have not made a dent in my scraps! The other two were made out of a lovely layer cake I bought on sale; I just chose some coordinating solids. The two layer cake quilts just got a simple meander with the binding sewn with a feather stitch. The scrappy version got pebbles 1-3” in diameter and a binding applied with a serpentine stitch. These will be donated at a RV rally we will be attending this summer.

I like simple quilts. Yours are beautiful. My personal favorite is the green one because I'm partial to the color green.

Very pretty! I was just thinking earlier today that I should cut some tumblers with my AccuQuilt.

Cool tumblers! And yes on the sewing without thinking- it's one of my favorite activities on low energy days.
