I had a couple of pm's asking how he's made. He's about 40x48" and made from glacier fleece-the really soft stuff!
I put a layer of batting in this one too, though sometimes I don't with fleece. I fuse all of the pieces in place and mark the stitching lines before I put him together. Sew with right sides together, flip him right side out, close the opening and stitch about a 3/8" faux binding. Then I satin stitch (or blanket stitch) around all of the fused appliqué pieces, satin stitch the definition lines and voila'-he's done. 8 hours flat. OK, 9 hours, I had to add the collar and name tag-see the pic in the middle of page 2! That's it. Couldn't be easier!
