Cute quilt; perfect for the twin boys! Boy quilts are hard to make cute, at least for me! I am about to start a Clemson boy baby quilt and am using the same strip design. Please tell me the size of your quilt as well as the "height" size of each strip. My current plan is to use WOF alternating a row of Clemson fabric with a row of orange and white pinwheels. The thin rows will be purple. Clemson colors!

Thanks

they finished roughly 49" x 58" (I can't remember for sure and I already gave them away so I can't measure)

I cut the cowboy fabric 2 strips at 6-1/2" and 2 strips at 7-1/2" ( needed another inch for the wagons )

Then the blue strip was cut 1-1/2" and the red stripe was cut 3-1/2"

the inner border was cut 1-1/2"

the outer border was cut 4"

there is a pattern out there on the internet that has exact sizes. I modified it to fit my print

I can't remember for sure... maybe google marys quilts? or quick strippie quilts

Thanks so much for this information. I not only found the pattern directions but enjoyed Marys quilt site!
