That ribbon border really makes the quilt, it's gorgeous.

I know there are patterns for this type of border out there but I couldnt find any of them. I just tried to figure it out and this is what I came up with. It didnt come out the way I planned on the corners. That is why there are stars in the corners. Trial and error, I am learning. I can try to help you with it if you cant find a pattern.
It may not have come out as you planned, but the stars look like they belong in the corners. Your granddaughter is going to love her quilt! I think we'd all love to see the stars in her eyes when you give it to her!
