Twister Quilt using Kansas Troubles fabric line
I made this "Twister" quilt using the "Twister ruler". Wow, what a process. Cut all the squares and sew them together to make a quilt top. Then using the twister template, cut the top back into squares and sew together again. Like making two quilts, but you only get one. I decided to use a random placement rather than making a design. Wanted a scrappy look. I used the scraps to make the border since there is a lot of waste. Flannel on the back and stippled it. Used the flange binding method - which I really love to do. Thanks for looking.

I just got the twister tool for 5 inch blocks and made a doll quilt out of it for my great niece. She loved it and so did my sister. I am going to make a baby quilt next, I really liked doing it. Your twister quilt looks fantastic! I just love the color placement in it. Did you use the ten inch tool or the five?
