I had to go again to the website, this one: http://karlamenaugh.blogspot.com/200...am-morris.html
and really look at how it was done. I wasn't getting it for a while but after really going back and forth between the two pictures I finally have it figured out. It is much easier than it looks at first glance.

Love the idea of a wreath - had never thought of that before! I've done a few of those using the book with several variations on tesselations - and making your own template. I just love tesselations - have one that I designed myself - shape, design and all. My favorite of any quilt I have made to piece.

So very pretty! I've never heard of that twister tool either. How did you find it? Is it easy to use?

Mine is done, ready to machine quilt. I plan to put it on my frame & free motion it. So, am wondering, any of you who have made one, how did you quilt it? I am thinking, filling in alot of the background, gee, what's it called, lol. Then just kind of lightly meandering over the wreath part itself, then kind of stitch in the ditch the border areas. So, what has everyone else done? (I never do anything quilt wise, the fast easy way, as you will see when you see mine, lol...) I am thinking of adding some little xmas charms, or beads in the background area too, but that is still just a thought right now...
