There is a pattern for the wreath, but it does refer you to the "general twister" pattern. Some people can probably figure it out without the wreath pattern, but I am more of a pattern specific person. The number of patterns and books in my studio is proof of that! LOL

Love your patriotic quilt. Here is a tutorial I did for a Christmas wreath. I will have to try it using all the same fabric.

That is beautiful. I have the ruler and that same fabric. I need to learn how to use mines. Thanks for the inspiration.

Jump in and try it. It is really easy. Even though I had taken a class, I was a bit scared to try it again. The directions with the ruler are really good. If you didn't want to try it on the "good" fabric, you could use 5" scraps and cut those to see if it comes out the way it should.

That is a great tut, but my twister tools is the size of a 10 inch square or larger. So what sizes would you make the blocks?

If you have a large twister, you make 10 inch squares, a lil twister you make 5 inch squares and then there is even a smaller twister, but I'm not sure what size squares you use. My wreath used the 5 inch squares.

I bought the ruler a few years ago and have done nothing with it and really like your wreath and also would be interested in the pattern information especially because you mentioned it is an easy design.

    Your wreath is beautiful!!!!!

JudyKay, the pattern is "Twisted Wreath" by Rose Pohlar. Where in Lower Michigan are you? I grew up in Midland.

When it seems like the world is falling to pieces remember that the pieces are falling into place. We are nearing closer to the End Times.
