We have a quilt expo as part of a exhibition show next week, I started two small wall hangings about 3 weeks ago and so had to rush them to get them finished. I'm doing the craftsy course with Jenny Doan and am learning lots of little tips and getting back to basics which is something I sorta skipped early on, I've never made continuous bias binding either so that was a learning curve and bought the scallop ruler Jenny recommends and managed a scallop edge... not perfect but I'm thrilled with it, the scallop edges were what attracted me to patchwork in the first place, all the old quilts lying on beds with lovely scallopy edges :-P

    Beautiful work!!
I love Jenny- she's so easy to understand. I bought that ruler and can't wait to use it.
