    Both quilts are lovely, the bottom one is my favorite. If you don't mind me asking, what size did you cut the squares for the LOVE quilt?

    thanks. the blocks finish at 4"... so the plain blocks are cut at 4.5". I cut 5" sqs for the HSTs, sew either side of the diagonal, and trim to the 4.5"
