Oh, my, you are inspiring me. I have the hankies collected, but never started yet.... thanks for sharing. Once your auntie sees these beauties, well, she may just change her mind, or, maybe you two could go to an antique store and purchase some for her hankie quilt, that way... no sentimental value, and you are free to cut.

Both of them are stunning! Definately will bookmark site and refer to it when I start to 'deal' with my own stash of grandma's hankies. Not sure if I can cut them though. It took me almost a week to start cutting pictures for scrapbook pages of our trip to Israel, lol. You are a very gifted and creative quilter.
