I thought that I'd post the 2 quilts I made for my grown kids for this Christmas. I know that we always celebrate Christmas late with them, since they're so busy, so I knew I still had time to finish them. They received them 2 nights ago.
The Monopoly quilt was real simple to make-just followed the online pattern.
The cat drunkard's path quilt was a learning curve for me all around, it is one of the best quilts I've ever made. For each color of the quilt, I quilted it in a different thread color and a different stitch. I've never all-over quilted in free-motion before.

My kids always appreciate my quilts. They each get one every year, and they've pretty much told me what they would like for next year. At least I've got some ideas!
