    Default U.F.O. top done

    It isn't perfect but it will do. My migration geese on the left side wanted to wander but I managed to keep the points from being cut off. It will hang in my wall until I decide how I want to quilt it. It won't be anything fancy as I plan to use black thread on the black fabric that won't show up anyway.[ATTACH=CONFIG]573366[/ATTACH]

    Love your colors, love the whole thing. I once started quilting with black thread on black fabric. Several years later, I've gotten no further. It drove me crazy. Good luck!!!

    looks good so far. i'll bet the quilting really enhances it.

    i love your flying geese how did you get them off center like that ? is there a name for that technique/ tutorial ?.............tia

    If you go to YouTube, type in Migrating Geese by Deb Tucker. Her method works well but I did have to iron and pin carefully to keep the strip straight and with the 1/4 inch seam allowance.
