    A UFO mystery wallhanging

This is from paintmejudy's February 2012 mystery. I put it together but the colors weren't me. Then #1 daughter wanted it for her sewing room. She likes close quilting, I don't, so I gave it a try just for her. The edges aren't perfect, but it's finished. I had to make the sides narrower to fit the space. Excuse the threads on the fleece wall. The hanging sleeve isn't sewn down so I couldn't hang it. K can do her own handsewing.

WOW, I love those colors, they are just stunning. I must keep them in mind for a quilt.

My daughter is an aging hippy and really liked that ugly batik - her sewing room is pale lilac so it will look nice.
