    I bought this pattern while i was in Florida.I don't know if i like it or not.Connie in CO

    WELL,it's pink fabric i don't know why it turned out that color.

    If you remove the leaves and sew a running stitch along the base of them and pull to gather them and sew them underneath the body of the pin cushion, it will look like a cabbage rose.

    I don't want to upset you, but I think perhaps you mis-understood the directions. Those leaves sould be tucked under the ball part so that only about half the leaf comes out around the ball. Then cover a round disc of card-like stock in the same color and glue it to the bottom to cover the leaves. You might like it better if your leaves wee green.

    You know,you see a pattern you like you buy it and make it.I think I'm going to take the button off and toss it.I just hope it doesn't stink up the trash.
