Because I was unemployed for awhile, I was unable to send this out to my LA until recently....finally finished the binding this a.m. I'm glad I finished it before the 4th of July! The quilting is large swirls in Red/White/Blue variegated thread. Thanks for looking!

I have a niece named Sam, and a nephew named Sam, but this is called "Uncle Sam's" because it is red/white/blue!

Thank you all for the nice comments!

Best wishes for your sweetie's job hunt. It's so nice to have regular pay, even though it's less than I used to get, and I can't afford to add to my 401K yet. But I finally have health insurance again! Now if the company would just give us some other benefits!

Nice piecing, great quilting. I always love the look of this pattern with the circle effect it has. Also love all the scrappy fabrics you used in it. Great job!
