    Thanks everyone who posted during the last couple of weeks, I haven't been able to get on to the board as I recently lost my DH who had terminal cancer.

    I am just about ready to re-join you all ...quilting really is my therapy!
    It's quarter to me time!!

    It's just gorgeous! Bless your heart for making it to comfort someone in frail health. When my mom was ill with cancer I made her a quilt of her favorite colors and she kept it with her until she passed. She so enjoyed that quilt and it makes me smile when I think of it.

    I know exactly what you mean, I have just lost my DH less than 3 weeks ago to terminal cancer, John asked me for a quilt for his sick bed, we made it together, it is the one in my avatar...he loved it too...
