Many of your read and responded to my original topic, "Mini Bow Tuck and Lessons Learned" here: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-129216-1.htm

So here's a pic of the last one that I made and here are the changes:

I used regular stiff iron on Pellon for the lining. Instead of using the fusible fleece on the handle, I only used half, that is, I fused the fleece down the middle of the handle fabric and completed it as instructed. Now the handles are not standing at attention and there isn't so much bulk. I also sewed the front pocket into the seam of the bottom piece and main piece. I made a small change purse with a zipper out of scraps.

So here's the latest:

I really enjoy making these, and here's the latest:

More purple than it looks in the pic

I had thought about adding the pocket in that seam but I haven't done it yet. Great purse!

I'm sending this one to my cousin's wife who just lost her father. Hoping it will cheer her up a bit.

EVERYONE who sees one of these wants one. One of DH's friends was just here and he wants one for his mom for Christmas. Wish I didn't always have to work for free!!!

it is very nice.. i put my pocket in the seam too... and if i do piping that goes in along with it..
i use to use the stiff for inside and out.. the last two i made i used stiff on outside and less stiff on inside and pockets.. they both turned out really nice and waaaaaaaaaaay easier to sew..
i have made over 50 of these purses.. i enjoy each and every one of them.
