Thread: update on my man quilt. the one that I said I can't believe I did this

    I haven't had a lot of time to work on this because life has gotten in the way. I have almost got the top done but here is how far I have gotten. Had trouble getting things to line up. My seam ripper and I have became really close. thank you for looking.

    Thank you.
    No it's not shirts. It was striped fabric that I was playing with trying to copy a quilt my DGM made for me that is falling apart. The design was a total accident, but I am very happy with it.

    Carrie, your quilt is beautiful! It's hard to believe that it was an accident, a very nice one! I think the striped fabric really sets this off! I can't wait to see more!

    I love it!! It looks masculine which is a refreshing change from all the girlie quilts. Not that I don't like them too, I do, but a change once in awhile is great to see.
