I wait until I get a JoAnn 50% off coupon and the roll batting isn't on sale. I've forgotton what I paid, but it seems like it was $150 or so. This is 90" X 30 yds.

It looks so neat and organized and all the same size !
I use my 6 X 24 ruler. I lay the fabric out length-wise, still folded in the middle on my cutting board. I line the folded edge up with a line on my cutting board, then place the ruler across it and start folding, keeping the folded edge straight. When finished, fold it over once and it fits on a bookcase shelf just right. Here's a couple pics of me folding.

Looks like fun, doesn't it?

I thought about that after we hung it.. and may turn it around. However, I'm looking for a folding room divider that I can cover. I think reaching over that ironing board would be difficult if I had many pieces to hang. As you can see, I'm not the slimest or tallest person, LOL! As it is, I could pull it out over the ironing board and use it that way if I don't find anything soon.

Looks great! I think I have that same fabric you are folding, Northcott Stonehenge? I have a large sewing room but it is so full, there is no way to put my quilting frame in there. Thinking about making a doorway into the bedroom next door for the frame. Guestroom? who needs that?!
