Love the Baltimore centre - its a great focal point for a beautiful log cabin.

That is going to be beautiful. Don't worry about following a pattern. Creating your own is what makes this rewarding! Great job.

Just possitively beautiful. The colors and the pattern is just
great. I envy you to be able to put colors together like that.

Thanks Tcharlies...all the quilts I have made have been my own ideas, never used a pattern yet!! I get inspiration on here and from magazines, but even WHEN I could follow the patterns I somehow always ended up doing it different, DH says I am just plain awkward LOL!!

Flo, there are a few in here that were 'screaming' at me NOT to be included and I did take a few out, mainly because there wasn't enough contrast between light and dark. I was visualising autumn leaves and all the beautiful colours you get from nature when choosing my selection, plus the brighter ones add that much needed zing!! Sometimes you just have to go with it, especially on a scrappy like this one, thanks for your compliments!
