You copy the design on fusible the cut it out about a quarter from line then iron it to the back of fabric the cut it out on line then place it on block backing and stitch.

Great looking. About your raw edge machine appliqué....so are you straight stitching some parts and blanket stitching others or all blanket stitch? What size is your stitch? Are you using regular thread in bobbin? Wonder under or another brand? On larger pieces are you windowing that fusible? Invisible thread...clear/smoke......whatever looks most invisible?

WOW! That's quite the project. You are doing well to get those blocks done with so much work in each one. Keep us posted on the progress. It is already gorgeous!
