Love the quilt. I don't think it's too girly. I'm sure she will like it as it's made from Grandma with LOVE!

It is always amazing how that 10 or 11 year old "Tom Boy" becomes a woman and reveals a light hint of the feminine. Sometimes a gal will pin her identity on her being different, a Tom Boy for instance or a "Goth" or for some of a certain maturing age a "hippie". Later in this gal’s adolescence or young adult years, she will discover that she has a measure of girly girl hidden in her too. It takes a courageous "Tom Boy" to show her girly side! Besides, this quilt is from Grandma and that makes all the difference in the world. It is beautiful and she will love it now or love it later but will always know you loved her enough to make her a special quilt.

I think she will love it. Very petty.
