Actually, I made it from Moda's "Happy" fabric!! And I just came back from the party, and yes she did like it.

I don't agree with the too girly bit. Definitely not boy colors; however, simple enough for even tomboy girls. Great job, I am sure she will enjoy it because her granny made it for her.
