    Very special quilt show

Today, I went to a very special quilt show. It was held at Valparaiso University Chapel.
It featured 94 quilts of valor made by 5 area quilt guilds. The quilts were made for the local National Guard troops. And will be presented to them when they return home. It is a beautiful chapel and it was inspiring to see.

All members of my guild bring a sq a month for one of the members to put together into a top then someone else quilts it. Love your avitar!!

Was the show just today or is it up for several days? I'd love to see it, but can't go until Sat.

What a wonderful story. Very heartwarming and such a wonderful way to honor those men and women who give so much to our country. God bless our military and the wonderful members of the quilt guilds that made this happen.
