I think your newer purple was just perfect against the other and made it an outstanding quilt. I love it. You did a great job mom. I have been off the board a week so did not see any other picture. It really is beautiful.

Your quilt is spectacular!!!!!!!! It is truely amazing. The story behind it needs to be printed on a label you attach to the back. When such a gorgeous quilt was created with such challenges you need to make sure it's story goes with the quilt so it's truely appreciated. Wonderful job!

I have planned on writing the story of all the changes so he knows just how this quilt came to be what it is but I have no idea of how to put all that on the back of a quilt. I was planning on just doing a letter sort of thing to him and showing him pictures of all the steps it went through. It might be to long of a story with all the changes that took place.

You did a wonderful job! It is so nice to see a project through the stages of development. Thank you for sharing with us. Kudos to those that had the awareness to mention the "green" vs. "purple". The correction really makes the quilt POP! :)
