That is so cool! I'm from the Sherman/Denison area, born and raised. Hubby's uncle's family lived in Azle for years, too. Neat!

There are only a few blocks that still have remnants of the paper on them. Happy to see that the one had the date.

L know about paper piecing but thought that the paper was removed after it was finished before putting quilt together.
