My WM still has fabric - even has quilt of the month pattern and fabric (which I just found out about). I better get down there this weekend to see if they are on sale. Thanks!

Our Walmarts here in Lafayette, louisiana and surrounding areas no longer sell fabric. What a shame becuase I used to spend a lot of money in their fabric department. their loss, my money now goes elsewhere.

Oh Carrie those are really pretty. The new walmart just opened her, and they don't have a fabric department. God bless.

Our WM has $1.00/yd quite often. When I find some I usually buy the rest of the bolt. Makes great backing for "Quilts of Valor" quilts.

I just used this polkadot one in a quilt!! It was a rectangle quilt..4 1/2" by different lengths! All done in pinks, browns, greens and bieges. My favorite one so far!! (I say that after each one!!)

went to wal mart today and was really disappointed as far as any sales. There was a cart piled high with all kinds of material, all with different prices on end. No sale sign or anything. Looked like someone just didn't want to put it away or something. Well my d-i-l and I are planning a trip to Bellingham. Thankgoodness for JoAnn's. smile
