Thank you everyone! One thing I noticed about the pattern that the watch bands didn't quite line up with the watch faces. I dont know if that was because my printer was off on the sizing or just an error in the pattern so, I increased the watch face band to compensate.

Thanks I didn't create it I found it in a magazine back in the Fall. I met the lady who designed it at a local quilt show at Easter. Her name is Tresa McConachie her website is www.quiltsbynature.com. The only thing I did was change the number of rows from 4 to 6 so it would make a lap quilt.

It is an odd size, isn't it? Too small for a lap quilt and too big for a wall hanging. I am going to try 'glow in the dark' fairy frost for the watch faces.
