That is absolutely beautiful and you made a beautiful bride. I am so glad you kept some pieces for your sons' future. Perhaps you may have enough to do a couple of more blocks to frame as pictures. I have a crocheted doily that a friend made for me that I framed.

Thank you
Sandyb

I have 7 daughters and none of them fit into my dress. I was really small then. Boy how things have changed.I could never fit into the dress now. Hopefully my grand daughters will want to use it. I now have 7 grand daughters and 10 grand sons. Out of all these I hope to have someone use the dress. I made a crazy quilt for my niece and she loved it. Of course, I don't have one.lol I also made one out of baby fabric for my grand daughter but instead of beading I used french knots. My daughter said it was too nice to use and put it on a quilt rack. I'm sure it will be handed down to another generation as I'm sure yours will be.Your family will surely cherish it as it is beautiful

Oh gosh, you were beautiful in that dress! I don't know if I could cut it...I may feel that way since we eloped and I didn't have a "wedding dress". I do love what you did with it though....fantastic idea...what a treasure!
