Kid art is my favorite! I'm thinking of taking some fabric to school and making a "Downey" quilt with the kids - turning it into a math lesson as we cut the pieces. hmmmmm....
When my DD was in 3rd grade, I volunteered in her classroom. One of the projects I did with them was to make a quilt. It was AMAZING how enthusiastic all the kids were - even the boys! They didn't even realize the math lessons involved! Her teacher talked about it for years.....

What a wonderful keepsake for this young couple and I'm sure the kids feel great about having had a hand in making this terrific wedding quilt. Thanks so much for sharing.
