Wedding presnt for my god daughter/niece and her husband.

I am fairly new to making quilts, about 1 1/2 years. So I thought this one would be OK to try. It was not hard but very time consuming. There are 140 six inch blocks all different. I had got to be good friends with my seam ripper, sometimes I had take the piece apart so much I had to start over. They happy couple seamed to really like it!

You did a beautiful job on this quilt and I understand why they love, who could not ? I remember when I made a sampler quilt when I was a beginner, I did as you did: just started over. One block I made 3 times and the points still are cut off. I decided to just put it into my quilt anyway, I was working with 12" blocks so I really admire your 6" blocks. You did a great job.

I agree! Wow! When I'd only been quilting 1.5 years I would've NEVER been brave enough to try something this ambitious. You not only tried it, you knocked it out of the park! It's beautiful & you should be very proud of yourself! WTG!
