Default A Weekend of Quilting fun!

Thursday afternoon I met one of my QB friends for the first time. Cherry Pie came to visit for the weekend. We spent a whole weekend visiting and quilting. I had a wonderful time and I hope she did too. Here is one of the quilts we did. This is a cheater print. I am still learning how to use my new longarm. So, that said, my meandering might not be the best in the world. But, she was game and so we did it. What do you think?

Default Another Quilt from our weekend of fun!

Here is another cheater's print top that Cherry Pie and I quilted this weekend! Hope you like it. Remember it is practice on the new longarm.

Yes, we had a wonderful time. It was fun to finally meet. She showed me how to do counted cross stitch. So, when we got tired of quilting we retired to the den for a lesson in that. Now, I have one more vice to ad to my quilting addiction. hehehe!
