ESQMommy and I went to the Guild of Quilters of Contra Costa County yesterday. It was a small show and we didn't do much shopping like last time. We didn't win anything either! :-P

We did join the guild!! I hope it's a good one and we get a lot of good times from it.

I didn't take many pictures but here they are.

The 1st one (crossed tulips) is my favorite!
I hate to do applique but I might change my mind now.

I have never seen the crossed tulips pattern before, and it is very striking. I love the quilting on the big log cabin quilt. Thanks for showing.

Thanks for showing your pictures of the show. My next door neighbor went and she carried the purse I made for the charity event that she bought. She used to be a member of that guild.
It is a small world, isn't it?

All that being said, I love the bargello. I have that pattern. cathieG made it here on the board and I was just looking at the book to plan it out two nights ago. It is very nice!

The little quilt is amazing how little it is and to still be in scale. So pretty.

My favorite is the 3rd one. Nice bright colors, that looks like a picture from a Kaleidascope.
