Thanks everyone for your thoughtful words and gushing over my Toby Bean! He eats up the attention! If anyone is interested in the pattern, please PM me. I have been given the wonderful opportunity to sell the pattern in a quilt shop so I am in the process of drawing up the pattern and instructions.

I fussy cut some 2 1/2" squares from holiday fabrics, sewed them together and then laid my pattern on my "created" fabric and cut it out. Before I cut out the coat, I made a "quilt" sandwich using 1 layer of W&N and the green striped backing fabric and then cross hatched quilted it. I think he looks very handsome!
