What a thoughtful gesture. You knew she would love the colors, since she originally picked them out. Great job on finding a pattern that would show them off.

You did a beautiful job with fabric and pattern. Sometimes people donate not the greatest fabric because it is something they never used. It is difficult to figure out what to make with it. You made a very lovely stunning quilt.
