Please don't listen to them about the OBW this is to fabulous a print to cut up like that. I really like OBWs but not for this fabric.

first thing I'd do is frame the larger squares and hang on the wall, then follow up with a quilt using the smaller squares expanding on the blacks/reds.

This is a cute idea, especially if you have the other print for the border. Also, you could trim the larger pictures, saving 1/4" black (adding black sashing) or more if you add a coordinating fabric sashing. Use the small pictures as/in the border, and trim it all with coordinating fabric.
Another idea is that it looks like 4 of the small pictures make up one big one (and if not, you can make it so the are the same if so desired), add sashing around the big block and 4-piece block and stagger them row to row of column to column. It will take some planning, but you've received several other great ideas, so let your creative juices flow. Have fun! :)

You could put it with that other fabric (men in undies) and have a monstrosity! Probably be worth a million bucks!

Yes...and adding more polka dots. It's really neat!

I totally agree with McQuilter. I like it and think you will come up with the right idea to make it into a wonderful quilt.
