Default What to do with some orphan squares - a dolly quilt

My g/f gave me some orphan squares from a charm pack she used for a baby quilt. Some of the squares had owls on them so I created a dolly quilt for my granddaughter McKenna who loves owls. I sewed the charm 1/2 square triangles into a big block and then added borders from my stash to enlongate it, added a cute backing and FMQ in less than an hour I created something that will rock my granddaughter's world. I can't wait to see her face on Wednesday when we arrive in Edmonton, Alberta Canada!

Your DGD will just adore this little quilt. I love all the owls in fabric we are seeing these days.
