When I saw this sweater, I was stunned! It looks exactly like a sweater my MIL made for each of my two sons back in the early 70's. My one son actually used his for his son about 15 years ago when he was a toddler. What memories this brought back. I do hope it makes the 5 year old feel warm and loved by you. Also sending prayers up for her recovery!!!
