Dawn - This quilt is outstanding girl!!

I absolutely admire you for attempting - and succeeding at creating this masterpiece.

I didn't understand why you walked out of the class??

But well done for succeeding without guidance, you got talent thats for sure!!!!!! :D :D

Once again thanks to all for the compliments and suport all of you give me everyday!

The class was over that was why I walked out .... I was shaking my head as I left saying how in the world will I ever get this one done!

I have a fabric I bought along with the others when I purchased my 20 half yard cuts. It is a stripe but I am not sure it will do it justice. I am worried about the borders.

This quilt is for my 20 yr old daughter who will be graduating from college a semester early, since she took no breaks of and has done such a SUPER job. She will then go on to a University for her Bachelors and Masters in Accounting.

Yes Marcia! It was at Quilts and Fixins... I called the other day to sign up for other classes. I am telling you it is worth the trip! We had people in that class all the way from Macon!

I took the class May 18th. I left the class with the first 2 rows done. I left it alone until my daughter left for Hawaii on June 10th. Today being June 30th is is finished EXCEPT the borders. I have been working my job about 44 to 50 hours a week and I can NOT sew when I work my body is to exhausted and I screw up EVERYTHING!

So it went pretty fast .... If I do say sewwwww myself!

o and it is 49 rows down and I believe 35 rows across.

WOW! That is awesome. I wouldn't add borders to it, if it was mine. I think it defines itself just as it is!
