    What I made this week.

I've been working this top all week. A bit at a time. It's Eleanor Burns "Trip around the world". I"ve made 4 of them now, 3 in Christmas and 1 in beige's and browns for my son and his wife. This will be a king. I just need to add my borders. Probably a small black, then a row of these squares and another Christmas print.

I like those softer colors and the carefully oriented the blocks, like the white tree tops all pointing outward.

Yes, yes, & yes! I have this book & keep meaning to make one of these but haven't yet. Maybe seeing this beautiful example will spur my creativity! Please post again when you're done. Also, do you have pix of the other ones you've made? I'd love to see them, too!
